Surf at Creek Beach is a residential development featuring one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The development features a G+7 tower and a G+9 tower. This is the last low-rise project to be launched at the Creek Beach development.
Surf are two low-rise towers located in close proximity to the Plaza, the Creek Beach (man-made beach), and the Creek Marina. Residents have direct access to the beach, which also features restaurants, cafes, and some retail. All the other towers have been launched at Creek Beach, with Surf being the last two towers to launch in the area. There will be a Vida Hotel & Residences, which is yet to be launched and that will likely be the last project at Creek Beach.
Surf is ideal for the investor and end-user. Surf apartments offer investors capital gains and decent ROI in the future. Investors have the option to rent out their apartment on a short-term basis/as a holiday or on a longer term period. The two-year post-completion payment plan allows for investors to cover the purchase price with a portion of the rent. For the end-user, this is a good opportunity to pick up an affordable apartment in a well-situated, well-planned master community by a credible developer at a very affordable price. Dubai Creek Harbour's location, along with the many attractions such as the Creek Beach, the Dubai Square Mall, China Town, the Dubai Creek Tower (tallest tower in the World), and many more features make it very attractive for tourists. The community is expected to be heavily tourism driven (similar to the current Downtown Dubai) which will drive both the long-term and especially the short-term/holiday home rentals. The community is only a 10 min. drive to Downtown Dubai, 10 min. drive to the Dubai International Airport, around 15 min. to Jumeirah, and about 25 min. to Dubai Marina, making it very centrally located and well-connected to the rest of the city, allowing residents to easily commute to work, school, etc.
